SVAKOM Nova Ben Wa Balls are made of silicone and are 100% waterproof. These kegel balls are designed especially to help those who have a loose vagina after giving birth or to help strengthen your PC muscles. . Three sets of Nova balls are included and have three gradual increased weights for different exercise needs. Inside every SVAKOM Nova Exercise Balls, there’s a built-in moving metal ball. As you walk, run or swim, the metal ball will collide with the inner surface, because of gravity the Ball tends to slip out of your body, but the subtle vibration stimulates your PC muscle to shrink and stop the ball from slipping out. The vibration may be subtle, but the repetitive shrinking will help strengthen your PC muscle through your every movement. That is how the kegel ball exercises your vagina.

SVAKOM Tips
1. When doing the exercises, you can use the Nova while walking, running, swimming, dancing or doing housework, instead of sitting or lying still. This kind of movement can make the ball inside your body stimulate your vagina muscle, therefore exercising the PC muscle.
2. During the exercise, if you begin to feel unwell, please stop using the ball and consult your doctor as soon as possible.
3. If you have serious Vaginitis, Vulvitis or PID you should not use the ball until you are cured.
4. Do not use the ball 30 days after an abortion surgery or 3 months after giving birth. For other special situations please consult your doctor.
5. Do not use the Kegel Weights during pregnancy or during your period.

Amazing quality. This set comes with three differently sized and weighted Ben Wa balls. They are silicone so it is super easy to clean, also the silicone is so nice and smooth! I have had issues with other similar products because of them having too many moving parts, this product is great because each weight is one piece! Also the loop on the end makes removing the weights very simple.
