Return/Exchange Policy

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange, replacement, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue credit card refunds. If you are returning a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped product to us within 30 days, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

Clothing: If you find that you have ordered an incorrect size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization number and we will gladly exchange it for the correct size of the same style. All clothing must be returned in clean brand new unworn condition. 

Personal toys and BDSM equipment are non-exchangeable. Due to the nature of these products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). Once these types of items leave our store they are considered non-returnable. Returns or exchanges of these types of items will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product.

To return a product please follow the following steps: 
1. Call us for a Return Authorization number (RA number) at 212.807.0486. 
Returns will only be accepted with an approved RA number.
2. We will give you instructions on where to ship your return.
3. Mail your package back to us.
Purple Passion Gift certificates are non-refundable.
All returns must be in their original packaging or sealed in a clear plastic bag in order to be accepted. To be properly processed, your return must include the packing slip with the return section completed.
