Shipping Policy

Shipping U.S.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders that come in over the weekend, and/or include custom, or temporarily out-of-stock items, may be delayed. Some of our more exotic
items that are hand made by artisans and are manufactured overseas may be delayed 3-4 weeks unless we have it in stock. 
We do try and have most items in stock all the time.
Standard domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Mail or UPS and are delivered within approximately 2-7 business days.

Please note: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Military Bases.
Express shipping is available for IN-STOCK items only. Backordered items will be shipped separately via standard US Priority mail or UPS at no additional cost. Please contact us should you have any questions regarding availability.

Shipping International


International Orders

All payments must be made in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We do not accept International Money orders or International checks. COD is not available.

We ship all orders with either US Priority Mail or UPS.

Standard shipping takes approximately 2- 3 weeks to reach customs.

Orders shipped via USPS Global Express are insured and trackable; please allow 2- 7 business days for the shipment to reach customs.

Attention First-time International Customers

Customs and Import Duties

• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are applied once your package reaches its destination country.
• Purple Passion is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred.
If  you do incur these additional charges, you, the customer is responsible for these additional charges.
• We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US.
• Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

International Returns:

For international returns, we do not pay for return shipping.
