Leather Flogger with Leather Wrapped Handle

This flogger is made  using a top quality cowhide leather.
The flogger handle is a wood rod that is tightly  wrapped with garment leather.
The handle is braided at the top.
There are approximately 18 tails.
The tails are made from thick cow leather and therefore are more thuddy than stiggy.
An easy to use flogger at a great price.
