Love this product and use it for 2-3 hour periods. Most plugs are too long and make sitting for long periods uncomfortable. The diameter of the head and most importantly, thickness of the stem just work for me. The Tristan 2 is made with soft silicone and aids for longer durations and walking around. My ONLY suggestion to make this a 5-star item is taper the base. Make it round (oval) instead of blocky. Keep the curve for comfort, just round out the ends. Edges no matter how soft are still edges.
