Rotator Flogger Cowhide

This is our Rotator Flogger with cowhide.   It has a unique 2 part swivel rubber wrapped handle which is hinged in the middle with a quality ball-bearing swivel.  It can be used with standard flogging technique such as over the shoulder swings, or used with just a rotating wrist action.  It is great for those with physical limitations, and also works great if the subject is lying down.

The handles are all black.
The Tails come in 3 colors:
all Black, Black and Purple, Black and Red,

Measurements:
30 tails, 13 inches long and .5 inches wide,
handle is 15 inches long (both parts), total length  29 inches
