Neoprene Collar with D-Rings

This lightweight, sturdy collar consists of two layers, for extra security and durability.
The inner layer is comprised of a soft, comfy layer of neoprene, with a back Velcro closure designed to fit any neck size.
The outer layer is woven nylon, with a second Velcro band for even more security.
The 3 D-rings on the front are ideal for attaching straps, leashes, and chains to.
The double layer of Velcro allows you to pull and tug all you want without the collar coming loose, yet remaining comfortable.

Note: There is no nickel or metal on the inside of the collar.
A great collar for people with nickel or metal allergies.
