Black Leather Collar with O-ring and Locking Buckle

This collar has one O-ring in front.
Hand made in New York out of soft garment leather.
It is sewn and glued for extra strength.
Back has a locking buckle closure.
Can be used with or without a lock.

Two Sizes:
Small-Med fits 13 – 16 inches (33 cm – 40.6 cm) neck
Large-Xlarge fits 15 – 19 inches  (38 cm – 48.2 cm) neck

Leather is 1.25 inch (3.2 cm) wide
Ring measures:
Inside Diameter 1 inch (2.54 cm)
Outside Diameter 1.25 inches (3.2 cm)
