Black Leather Buckle Collar with O-ring and Locking Buckle

I call this the belt buckle collar.
Made with many belt buckle closures held together with the  leather collar.
Made from a thick soft garment leather, glued and sewn for extra strength.
The leather has a locking buckle at the back.
Can be used with or without a lock.

Two Sizes:
Small-Med fits 13 – 16 inches (33 cm – 40.6 cm) neck
Large-Xlarge fits 15 – 19 inches  (38 cm – 48.2 cm) neck
Leather is 1.25 inches  (3.2 cm) wide

Ring measures:
Inside Diameter 1.25 inches (3.2 cm)
Outside Diameter 1.75 inches (4.4 cm)
